Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or QR code for you to use at your nearest drop-off location.
Pack the Items
Ensure all products are free of pet hair, unwashed, and in their original packaging to guarantee a successful inspection.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
